Q.WHY USE AIRPORT TRANSFERS DERBY?

Reliability is key to a good reputation. Each airport booking is prioritised and every single booking has been picked up and delivered on time. All arrival times are monitored and your taxi will be waiting to meet you once you have your luggage. Thus there are no charges incurred for any delayed flights.
COST
Prices are kept as low as possible. There are no hidden charges, no night time rate increases. For those travelling at peak times, all our Taxis can of course save you time by using the bus lanes in Derby. There is also no extra charge for carrying 6 passengers. The price is for the journey not how many passengers are carried.
FRIENDLY SERVICE
Steve and his band of helpers are a friendly courteous group of drivers who appreciate your custom. This is something that repeat customers are finding.
Again, vehicle wise, Steve only uses drivers with decent clean cabs as back up.
Q.WE HAVE A SMALL CHILD, DO WE NEED A CHILD SEAT?
Hackney Carriages are exempt from the child seat law. However should you wish your child to travel in his or her own seat, then we will happily store the seat for you and of course bring it back on the return journey.
Q.WE ARE A BUSINESS,DO YOU HAVE ACCOUNT FACILITIES?
Yes, an increasing number of businesses are enjoying the Airport Transfers Derby service. Account work is most welcome, please ring Steve for a discussion of your individual needs.We can provide an invoice.
Q.WE HAVE A CLIENT ARRIVING FROM OVERSEAS,CAN YOU PROVIDE A MEET AND GREET SERVICE?
Yes, of course. Your client can be met with a name board inside the Terminal building if required.As a professional service entrusted with your business Steve will always be wearing a shirt and tie as he is often the first contact for a visitor.
Q.CAN YOU PROVIDE A RECEIPT?
Yes. Our cards are printed with a receipt on the reverse side or invoices are available.
Q.DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?
Yes,but please remember we do have to add a 5% surcharge to cover this service.If you travel with Steve a Chip & Pin terminal is available,which issues a printed receipt for each transaction.
Q.THERE ARE 6 OF US TRAVELLING WITH A LOT OF LUGGAGE.ARE YOU SURE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM?
Absolutely. The Vito is over 16 feet long. It is by far the largest Taxi in Derby and rarely is there a need to have any luggage in the passenger compartment.
Q.WE WOULD LIKE TO BOOK,BUT CAN YOU GUARANTEE WE WILL TRAVEL IN THE MERCEDES?
Yes, if stated at the time of booking.Steve endeavours to cover most bookings himself,but obviously there are times when he needs to use alternatives as the business builds.
