Q. Why use Airport Transfers Derby?
Q. We have a small child, do we need a child seat?
A. Licensed vehicles are exempt from the child seat law. However should you wish your child to travel in his or her own seat, then we will happily store the seat for you and of course bring it back on the return journey. Child seats MAY be available depending on availability and logistics.
Q. We are a business, do you have account facilities?
A. Yes, an increasing number of businesses are enjoying the Airport Transfers Derby service. Account work is most welcome, please ring Steve for a discussion of your individual needs. We can provide an invoice.
Q. We have a client arriving from overseas, can you provide a meet and greet service?
A. Yes, of course. Your client can be met with a name board inside the Terminal building if required.As a professional service entrusted with your business Steve and his team will always be dressed accordingly as he is often the first contact for a visitor.
Q. Can you provide a receipt?
A. Yes. Our cards are printed with a receipt on the reverse side or invoices are available.
Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A. Yes,but please remember we do have to add a 3% surcharge to cover this service.If you travel with Steve a Chip & Pin terminal is available, which issues a printed receipt for each transaction. Journey's can also be pre paid over the phone.
Q. There are 6 of us travelling with a lot of luggage. Are you sure there is enough room?
A. Absolutely. The V Class is Extra Long and measures over 17 and a half feet so has ample space.
